Separator is a
centrifugal device that separates milk into cream and skimmed milk. This
machine is intended for processing the whole milk for separation of
cream from skimmed milk with simultaneous removal of contaminants.
From the vertical channel of the plate support plate, milk goes through
three inclined holes and is separated into thin layers between each
plate in the rotating drum, and under the centrifugal force it is
divided into two shares:whipped cream and skim milk.
The heavier skim milk, or fat-free milk,
separates from the above of the plastic separation plate. It enters the
skim milk receiver through the three inclined holes on the drum lid and
flows into the container under the skim milk receiver from the forepart
of the receiver.
Whipped cream is squeezed to drum rotation
axis and elevated to the upper chamber under the separation plate. By
adjusting the square hole in the screw, the cream enters the whipped
cream receiver and flows into the container under the centrifuge from
the forepart of the receiver.
